Wind That Was No Sketch

This was suppose to be a sketch and then this happened. Hence terrible fist hand. I was trying to get a character I have in my head out into picture form. i had a name for her awhile ago, but I seem to have forgotten. It'll come to me eventually. Has the power of wind!
